Human growth is thegreatest opportunityof our time.

We believe in growth that's personalised. Growth that is earned over time, across roles, across companies, across the small and the big moments. The kind that only compounds with time.

The kind of growth nobody built a platform for.

We are building it. For people.

Becoming Quotient is where that becoming lives.

Aakash ‘the architect’ Choubey

As Becoming Quotient’s Founder and CEO, Aakash is building around a belief he holds deeply: helping people grow can open up possibilities far beyond what they imagine for themselves. He packs so much into a day that people wonder if his comes with extra hours. Outside work, he’s strength training, testing his next diet, or spending time with his two children and two mischievous dogs. A weekend getaway or a conversation about movies is always welcome.

‘Keep it to the point. Unless it’s gossip.’

Mansee ‘data first’ Jain

A physics geek and a nerd at heart, Mansee rolls up her sleeves to understand what's happening on the ground. She believes in a system for everything, built on clear logic and anchored to the core, whether she's shaping how careers are built or running her kitchen like a project, timelines included. Off the clock, she's happiest painting or with her family, while quietly planning a fitter version of herself (timelines pending!)

‘The first question is: what does the data say? The next is: what are we missing?’

Jay ‘builds to last’ Prakash

Jay's lens on everything is deceptively simple: if a decision makes the system more complex, it needs a much better reason than convenience. As Becoming Quotient’s CTO and co-founder, he sits at the edge of product and engineering, not to translate between them, but to make sure one never quietly breaks the other. He cares about getting things right the first time, which makes him the person most likely to ask the question nobody else wanted to. Off the clock, he's with his kids in the quiet of a village, drawn to a slower, more rooted way of living. Vedic at heart, and happiest far from the noise.

‘The best system is the one that doesn't need explaining.’

Rishwin ‘force multiplier’ Jethi

Rishwin believes life is too short to be doing just one thing. Perhaps that’s why he comes alive at the crossroads of strategy, tech, product, and operations. He thrives on variety, enjoys solving problems that don’t come with instructions, and is always curious about how things work (and how they could work better). Offline, you’ll find him talking about gadgets, bikes, food, travel, or gaming…almost always accompanied by his Apple Music playlists on loop.

‘There’s nothing that a conversation and a good cup of chai can’t solve.’

Abhay ‘flowstate native’ Shah

A problem-solver who can't leave a puzzle alone, Abhay keeps going until he finds the simple answer hiding inside a complex problem. He builds the AI and tech at Becoming Quotient, taking ideas from a rough sketch to something real. He dives deep into the tech, but he judges everything he builds by one question: does it actually work for the person using it? Whether it's a piece of code, a product flow or a chess position, he's always hunting for the move that does more with less. A physics enthusiast at heart, and happiest out on the football field.

‘I measure what I build by what it makes possible for someone else.’

Roopal ‘curious’ Krishna

Roopal is fascinated by people - what makes them tick, what helps them grow, and what they might become next. Surface-level conversations bore her. She loves a good question, a warm and human conversation, discovering new places, and finding patterns where others see noise. A deep introvert who derives energy from within, she also loves movies, music and like-minded people. She is known to overthink things occasionally (usually in the name of “just one more layer of insight”).

‘I’ll either find a way, or make one.’

Shaunak ‘design whisperer’ Jadhav

Shaunak approaches design like he’s a detective. Every element is a suspect, and he will find the one that doesn’t belong. A perfectionist at heart, he can be deeply sarcastic, effortlessly funny, and is always good for a perfectly timed comment. He’s also a movie enthusiast with a slightly concerning habit of dropping random Bollywood dialogues into completely unrelated conversations (usually SRK, because apparently the man has a Shah Rukh Khan quote for every situation). When he’s not debating layout changes, he’s busy debating everyone’s movie opinions one Letterboxd rating at a time.

‘Empathy is the core of good UX. Unless you design in Comic Sans, then you're on your own.’
