We build people.Starting with our own.

We keep the team small and the bar high. Every person here is building something they believe in and, in doing so, shaping their own becoming.

I was brought on for the product design challenges, but I stayed for the incredible people, unbeatable lunch culture, and endless movie references.

I want Becoming Quotient to be a place where you can speak your mind, take a chance, and know that what you're building matters.

Joining a 0-1 product team means sweating the smallest details, but the real glue of Becoming Quotient is our team dynamic. We offset the massive challenge of scaling a product with genuine camaraderie. Whenever someone gets too stressed over a single pixel, you can bet someone will chime in with a perfectly timed, “Bade bade startups mein aisi choti choti baatein hoti rehti hain.” Bollywood references are a huge part of our DNA, so brush up on your knowledge before joining us. We've built a culture of non-stop banter that proves it is entirely possible to do the most challenging, career-defining work of your life and have an absolute blast doing it.

Sometimes I feel the stars aligned in bringing this team together. Each person brings expertise and a way of seeing things that makes BQ better. There’s something deeply rewarding about building alongside people who challenge your thinking and care as much as you do.

My responsibility is to keep making room for that: to share openly, welcome disagreement, and be as willing to receive feedback as I am to give it. I want people to take thoughtful risks, knowing we’ll back them even when things don’t work out. We have to be able to own our mistakes and learn together.

We’re still figuring plenty of things out. That takes sharp thinking, comfort with uncertainty, and empathy for the people figuring it out beside you.

Above all, I want us to share a sense of purpose: helping more people have a real chance to grow in their careers and shape their futures. That’s the positive difference I want BQ to make. And it has to start with the people building it.

There’s a lot of ambition in this team, and just as much trust. We question things, disagree openly, push each other, and occasionally get far too invested in the smallest details. I can be completely at odds with someone at 4 PM and laughing with them again at 4:05.

Between the terrible jokes, elaborate pranks, and long lunch conversations, even the intense weeks are fun. And when it really matters, you know the people around you have your back.

That mix of ambition, trust, and genuine friendship is what makes BQ special to me.

What an opportunityto build the platform
that ‘builds people’
across chapters.

Decisions we make changes how people experience their own becoming. That is not a small thing. And we are looking for people who understand the weight underlying that privilege and show up for it anyway.

Open role or not, we would love to hear from you.

Your opportunity starts here

As part of the process, you’d have one open conversation with people across our team. What better way to truly get to know each other, if not through a dialogue, right?
Of course, there’ll be full discretion.

This chapter
is yours to build.

Your fingerprints on all of it.

Every person here leaves a mark on the product. If you see something worth saying, say it. If you spot something worth fixing, own it. That is how things get built here.

Problem-obsessed.

We peel beyond the surface layer and ask the uncomfortable questions. We do not build answers before we truly understand the problem.

Your becoming, all the way.

Every person here is in the process of their own becoming. That is not a metaphor. It is how we show up and what we build toward together.

Your opportunity starts here

Every person here is building something they believe in and in doing so, shaping their own becoming.
